ACNE PROBLEMS CAN BE REDUCED

ACNE: it's a problem we all face no matter the age.
It's a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells.
It causes whiteheads, blackheads, or pimples.

steps to avoid acne
- its important to remove excess oil and dirt. This can be done by sweating every day and then washing your face.
- always moisturize your skin after you wash your face.
- don't touch your face!
- stay hydrated. (drink as much as water possible)
- limit yourself with makeup.
- always apply sunscreen(oil-free is preferred) when exposed to the sun. (mostly avoid the sun)
- avoid eating too much junk food.
- lastly do not stress yourself.

-here are few points why you start/stop doing certain things given above-

sweat daily and wash your face: when you sweat all the dirt and the excess oil is on the surface of your skin. Now when you wash your skin all that dirt and oil is been removed. If not the dirt and the oil stay in your skin causing breakouts and the main cause for your acne.


moisturize your skin after wash: 
this way your skin will stay evenly moisturized and there will be no place for your breakouts. When your skin is at even temperature and evenly toned your skin is safe.
stay hydrated. (drink as much as water possible): dehydration may cause your skin to look dull and causes inflammation and redness. Staying hydrated may increase the glow and the oils which are necessary for your skin.
use sunscreen: using sunscreen can protect your skin from the sun. Prefer a fragrance-free and good quality one which suits your skin. You will also be moisturized for the time being and hydrated.
                       -stop-
don't touch your face: skin is very delicate especially on your face.  Your hands contain germs and bacteria which may affect your skin. That doesn't mean you should not touch your face at all... wash your hands on your time being stay safe, but avoid unnecessary contact with your face.
limited makeup: if you are wearing makeup limit yourself. some use makeup to cover pimples, this is dangerous, it can clog pores and trigger outbreaks. While using makeup buy a good product that is from a separate beauty shop, buying it from local shops can be fake and toxic to your skin. Do not use greasy, heavy foundation. Go for non-comedogenic, sheer, and fragrance-free makeup.
limited exposure to the sun: Frequent sun exposure will dry and dehydrate your skin. You want your skin to stay as hydrated as possible and grease-free! Sun might dry your pimples for the time being but after that, it's harmful in many ways. So it's preferred to stay home and not exposing your skin to the sun as much as possible.
avoid junk food: high glycemic food and beverages such as fries chips, baked goods with white flour and soft drinks spike blood sugar levels and are often less nutritious food than low glycemic foods.
reduce stress: stress doesn't cause pimples but rather increases them. research has shown that when you’re stressed, your body produces more oil-stimulating hormones.
reduce your stress by doing some yoga, have a massage, meditation, don't leave your stomach empty(eat regularly), journaling, and whatever makes you feel free.

HOW TO GET RID OF PIMPLES
first, if you feel your acne is too much or have constant trouble with it, go see a professional and start taking medications for it. Do not ignore the problems of your skin, in the future, they may get serious or can cause serious trouble.


steps:-

 firstly do not touch your skin frequently if you're having a lot of pimples
-now, wash your face every day at least 3 times.
-after washing apply the moisturizer that suits your skin.
-applying green tea also makes your skin better. (optional)
-if you are planning to go out in the sun.. always apply sunscreen.
-apply face masks and sheets especially recommended for acne and pimples.
-never scratch or try to pluck your pimple.
-you can also go to a professional and get a facial done. Where you can get rid of your blackheads and whiteheads.
-never eat oil or junk too much.
-make sure you wash your face and you have no excess oil, dirt, or makeup on your skin while sleeping.
-it preferred to buy products that have tea tree oil contained in it
-while sleeping you can either apply aloe vera gel or rub some raw aloe vera on your skin.
-you can also apply essential oil or vitamins while sleeping.
-always stay hydrated.

-never pluck or scratch your pimples: it might be now satisfying to pluck your pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads, but later your gonna get marks all over your skin due to this. Better go and get a facial done.
-stop eating oily or junk food: junk food may give your skin a bad tone and provides excess oil to your skin.

-wash your face at least 3 times a day: ashing your face will help you get rid of that excess oil and dirt on your skin which causes trouble. Washing your face every 5 hours is healthy.
-start applying tea tree oil: tea tree oil contains chemicals that can cure your skin and protect you from pimples and acne BUT applying any essential oil directly on your face can cause itching so always mix it with a little carrier oil. it is mostly preferred to apply essential oil at night.
-wash your face before sleep: at night your skin is very active and can cause more acne when you are sleeping. Washing your face can remove any excess oil which may cause breakouts.
