1. Masala peanut salad:
You can also call this peanut masala chat. It's really tasty and contains a high protein. It is a really tasty snack too you can make it for your kids or yourself when u feel you want to have something healthy as well as tasty.
Main Ingredients:
-half onion(chopped)
-1 tomato(chopped)
-few coriander leaves or parsley as you prefer(finely chopped)
-A handful of Malasa peanut (ROASTED,SALTED,SEASONED)
-lemon juice 2tsp
-seasoning (if you feel like you need it)
Optional - grated carrot (half)
- you can also experiment with your favorite ingredients.
instructions: In a bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, (grated carrot,) coriander, masala peanuts, and mix it well. Now go ahead and add seasonings as you prefer. finally, add your lemon juice. mix and serve.
